Gamble creates art that reflects the beauty and mystique of Alaska and the great
Northwest. Ms. Gamble strives to show the strength, grace and pride in the
Alaska Native culture she grew up in, and the natural wildlife that surrounds
her. After living in Alaska for 30 some years, she has developed her own
contemporary style that combines the spiritual and the real, keeping the images
simple but strong with a natural flow.
Jeanne has published numerous editions of serigraphs, many of which have sold
out. Her work is found in many mediums, t-shirts, jewelry, cross-stitching,
cards, and silk screens.
Keeping up with her contemporary style, Jeanne is coming out with a new line of
work. The work focuses on the sea life and other experiences she encounters in
the summer as a deck hand on her husband's fishing charter business. |
